We are dedicated to bringing God’s Word to life in the 21st Century by encouraging women that the Word is alive, active, and powerful today.
How do we plan to get there? (Our Mission)
We create tools, resources, and community in order to activate the power of God’s Word in real life. We want Flourish Women to be able to hear God’s voice and experience His presence in order to bring new life into their families and communities.

Flourish is a gathering of women who passionately pursue God and His Word. We encourage one another through genuine, transparent relationships which equip us to thrive where we are planted and impact our world for the glory of God
Now here’s our purpose spelled out in regular talk
We want more of God, so we dig into His Word. We can’t survive without Him. We can’t survive without you either. You can leave your mask at the door because real life is messy, and no one here is pretending to have it all together—we thought about trying to act like super models but decided that you would see right through it.
We all need genuine friends who love us as we are, sometimes tender, sometime tough. Two are better than one — if we’re going to thrive we need God and we need each other. Your world needs you to be the girl God created you to be. We need your story to show God’s story to this generation. Do you want to grow and burst into bloom? Come on and Flourish with us.
How we plan to do this
ENCOURAGE:
We share real stories of real life with transparency and honesty, always pointing to the promises found in God’s Word. The whole point of this community is to cheer one another on with a resounding, “Don’t give up! Nothing is too big for God.”
EQUIP:
Flourish provides tools and resources that are grounded in the Word of God. Our community provides a safe place to learn and to grow. Each of us is a work in process, so experiencing God’s presence is more likely than achieving perfection. Learning to aim at the right target is half the battle!
ACTIVATE:
We seek God in community because, when the rubber hits the road, we want to see evidence of God’s life in our relationships. The Word of God will influence and transform every situation and every relationship we encounter. Flourish is dedicated to activating new life in our generation one woman at a time.
Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
